Refunds & Returns
At She Motion Co, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Return & Refund Window
You can request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required


How to Request a Return

To start a return or refund, please contact us with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Once your request is reviewed, we’ll provide next steps and return instructions if applicable.

Return Shipping

  • If your item arrives faulty or damaged, we’ll cover return shipping or offer an appropriate solution
  • For all other returns (such as change of mind), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility


What Happens Next
Once your return is received and inspected, we will:

  • Notify you of approval or rejection
  • Process your refund to the original payment method

Please allow a few business days for your bank or payment provider to finalise the refund.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery
  • Final sale or clearance items (where noted)
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  1. Inspect your order upon delivery
  2. Contact us within 7 days with photos of the issue
  3. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation
